NatureServe's Biodiversity Indicators Program continues to expand its global impact with a new global partnership forming with Esri and the Global Partnership for Sustainable Development Data to deliver National Indicator Reporting Toolkits. These toolkits will contain customizable dashboards, indicator reporting frameworks, indicator workflows and access to a global data and indicator library to streamline more transparent, comparable and effective reporting of progress towards national conservation targets. Dashboards are interactive tools that visualize the health and trends of biodiversity and track conservation performance at regional, national, basin, and site scales. The work involves leveraging NatureServe's current collaborations with the Arctic Council, Association of Southeast Asian Nations, the Government of the Bahamas, Peru, Ecuador and Bolivia and will expand pilot development to a number of new national partners including Rwanda, South Africa, and others in Latin America, southeast Asia and sub-Saharan Africa. |
