As the Annual Fund and Development Manager, Melissa helps create opportunities that connect passionate biodiversity supporters to NatureServe’s mission. Her goal is to empower everyone that wants to make a difference. Prior to joining NatureServe, she worked as a public-school teacher and then for community nonprofits in her home city of Baltimore, MD. Her favorite ways to experience nature are hiking and swimming.
