Briana has been working for 13 years and has garnered diverse experience across human resource management, administration, and operational roles. Her background reflects her passion for creating workplaces that prioritize people, diversity, and compliance. She has worked across for-profit companies, nonprofit organizations, the government sector, and the consulting world. In her recent position as the DEI Recruitment Partner for SM Diversity, Briana played a pivotal role in guiding multiple government and nonprofit organizations toward more equitable and inclusive HR practices.

Briana is a proud alumna of Portland State University, holding dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Human Resource Management and Management & Leadership. She is based in San Antonio, Texas. She finds joy in pursuits such as reading, cooking, and spending quality time with family outdoors.
